Beechu's Commissions
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms that are indicated below.
I. General
• I have the right to refuse any commission request without the need of an explanation.• Visual reference is a must (one image at least), I'm not confident in my ability to go off written details alone.• You are allowed 2 major edit requests during the sketch phase, and 1 minor edit after completion. Anything afterwards you will be charged for, so please be specific!• My turnaround time can be a few days, weeks or even a month. Please be patient, especially if I've a large queue. If you are concerned, simply message me requesting a WIP (I do ask however to give me at least 2 weeks before doing this from when I start on your commission).• Rude or hostile behaviour will not be tolerated, any ongoing commissions that you've ordered will be immediately cancelled if this occurs. Refund will depend on how much was completed.• NFT's are to never be associated with my artwork in any way shape or form, I've never nor will ever support something so destructive to artists.• I maintain the right to post any commissions to my social media for advertisement (unless specifically asked not to).• You, as the client, may use your commission however you'd like on your website/social media so long as you give credit or link back to me.
II. Payment
• All prices are in USD.• Paypal invoice is my main & preferred way of receiving payment. However Ko-Fi works as a backup (be advised that Ko-Fi doesn't process refunds, this should only be if you're 100% certain).• Payment is to be sent before I start (and only after I have confirmed with you that I will be taking your commission order).
III. Refund
• Full refunds will be allowed before work has started, partially midway through, and none after completion• A reminder that Ko-Fi does not process refunds, this is beyond my control.
IV. FAQ
What subjects do you draw mostly, or prefer?
• I mainly draw Pokemon, Furry/Anthro & CreaturesArt program?
• PaintTool SAI & ProcreateI'm wanting a commission with a proper landscape/scenery background, do you offer these at all?
• Officially these are not 'available', but I'm open to trying my best to deliver. There of course will be an extra charge depending on complexity. This is something we can discuss before starting your commissionDo you take NSFW commissions?
• These are a special case (& add an extra $10 charge onto the regular price - icon's excluded), but yes! You need to be over 18yrs of age to commission a NSFW piece. They will not be posted anywhere after completion as my social media accounts are all SFW. For further questions regarding this, please DM me!
